Overview

Symphony Ballroom
The Symphony Ballroom provides 225 square metres of versatile, state-of-the-art space for both business and pleasure and is ideal for business conferences, banquets and elaborate weddings. The maximum capacity of the Symphony Ballroom is 240 people theatre style.
The room is adaptable for a wide variety of events, from gala dinners, wedding receptions or elegant product launches. The Symphony Ballroom can be divided into three sections for smaller gatherings, comprising the Allegro, Andante and Scherzo Suites. These function rooms can accommodate 90 people cocktail style and 30 people classroom style.
Located on the mezzanine level of the hotel under a glass atrium roof, the Symphony Ballroom overlooks the lobby area within the hotel. The balcony outside the Symphony Ballroom provides the ideal setting for arrival drinks, finger or fork buffets and Tea & Coffee breaks.

Allegro, Andante and Scherzo Suites
Identical in size and layout, these 3 suites each provide 73 square metres of state-of-the-art space for both business and pleasure. They are ideal for business conferences and banquets. Maximum capacity for each suite is 70 people theatre style.

Sonata Room
The Sonata Suite provides 144 square metres of state-of-the-art space for both business and pleasure and is ideal for business conferences, banquets and elaborate weddings. The maximum capacity of the Sonata Room is 100 people theatre style.
The room is adaptable for a wide variety of events, from gala dinners to wedding receptions or elegant product launches. It is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is accessible through the lobby area. The Sonata Suite is self-contained and has its own private bathroom facilities. The entrance area of the room provides the ideal setting for pre-dinner drinks and cocktails.

Dolce
The Dolce Room provides 50 square metres of space for both business and pleasure and is ideal for small business meetings, private dinners and cocktail parties. Located on the mezzanine level, the maximum capacity of the Dolce Room is 40 people theatre style or 50 people cocktail reception style. The room can also be used as a break-out area for a larger event in the Sonata Room or Symphony Ballroom.

Fortissimo
The Fortissimo Room provides 47 square metres of space for both business and pleasure and is ideal for small business meetings, private dinners and cocktail parties. Located on the mezzanine level, the maximum capacity of the Fortissimo Room is 40 people theatre style or 50 people cocktail reception style. The room can also be used as a break-out area for a larger event in the Sonata Room or Symphony Ballroom.

Soprano
The Soprano Room provides 51 square metres of space for both business and pleasure and is ideal for small business meetings, private dinners and cocktail parties. Located on the mezzanine level, the maximum capacity of the Soprano Room is 40 people theatre style or 50 people cocktail reception style. The room can also be used as a break-out area for a larger event in the Sonata Room or Symphony Ballroom.

Drawing Room
The Drawing Room provides 42 square metres of space for both business and pleasure and is ideal for small business meetings, private dinners and cocktail parties. The maximum capacity of the Drawing Room is 30 people theatre style or 25 people cocktail reception style. It is located on the mezzanine level of the hotel and provides an intimate setting for smaller group meetings. Finished in subtle wood panelling, the room has an open fire-place and provides the atmosphere of a cosy dining room area within the hotel. The room can also be used as a break-out area for a larger event in the Sonata Room or Symphony Ballroom.

Concerto Suite
The Concerto Suite provides 37 square metres of space for both business and pleasure and is ideal for small business meetings, private dinners and cocktail parties. The maximum capacity of the Concerto Suite is 25 people theatre style or 25 people cocktail reception style. It is located on the mezzanine level of the hotel and provides an intimate setting for smaller group meetings. Finished in subtle wood panelling, the room has an open fire-place and library. It provides the atmosphere of a cosy dining room area within the hotel. The room can also be used as a break-out area for a larger event in the Sonata Room or Symphony Ballroom.

Boardroom
Designed to suit the needs of today's executives. With an eye-catching marble boardroom table, comfortable reclining leather chairs is ideal for high level executive meetings for maximum 12 people.

International Convention Centre (ICC)
The International Convention Centre (ICC) is Britain's first purpose-built convention centre. There is a direct link from the hotel to the ICC using a bridge walk-way. They have 11 main conference halls and 10 smaller executive meeting rooms. Together, they offer complete flexibility to meet all your needs, whether it is a meeting for three or a conference for 3,000. For events that require larger facilities, the ICC is the ideal option as we offer a combined accommodation and conference package.
