This package has been created with an understanding that each wedding we host is individual. Our menus and drinks packages have been designed to enable you to create your own menu from a diverse collection of items, for you and your guests. Furthermore, our Executive Chef is always happy to offer alternatives based on any special requests you may have.
For guests wishing to hold their civil ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham, we have a range of private rooms available for you. A separate room hire charge will apply.
To qualify for the Symphony Wedding Package, the following criteria are needed:
* Minimum of 70 full paying adults for the Wedding Breakfast
* Minimum of 100 full paying adults for the Evening Reception
* A drinks package must be selected for all guests attending the Wedding Breakfast

The following items are included in each Symphony Wedding Package:
* Red carpet on arrival
* Use of a Silver Round or Square Cake Stand
* Loan of Cake Knife
* Bridal Suite
* Champagne Breakfast the morning after the wedding for the
* Bride and Groom
* White linen tablecloths and napkins
* Tea lights on tables
* Printed menus on each table

Drinks Package
We have a variety of drinks packages for you to choose from to compliment your day, all of which include the following:
* A glass of sparkling wine per person on arrival
* A glass of red or white wine per person with the wedding breakfast
* A glass of sparkling wine per person for the toast

Of course, we also offer upgrades on the above package, turning sparkling wine into champagne, adding mineral water with the meal or port afterwards, just let our Wedding Co-Ordinator know your wishes.
